Funky Mallam joins Laura Ikeji-Kanu to cook vegetable couscous and fried chicken


Saeed Muhammed, popularly known as Funky Mallam, was the special guest on episode 9 of Laura’s Kitchen.


Vegetable couscous and fried chicken was the dish of choice prepared by host Laura Ikeji-Kanu.




This delicacy is a Maghrebi dish, a staple meal from the northwestern part of Africa, consisting of the countries of Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, and Tunisia.


Laura’s Kitchen is produced by Linda Ikeji TV and sponsored by Gino and Bama Mayonnaise.
