Who better to teach these skills than Eniola Badmus, an actress from south-west Nigeria, the home of these delicacies.
In episode 7, after an initial attempt at making the dish failed, Laura employed the help of Eniola Badmus who taught her the secret to making the perfect amala, ewedu, and gbegiri combination.
This secret, according to Eniola Badmus, includes patience, the right ingredients in the right proportion, and, of course, Gino tomato paste and Gino seasoning cubes.
